Resource Center

Impact Foundry’s Resource Center, located in Sacramento, is our region’s hub for nonprofit trainings, connections and resources.  No appointment is needed to visit the Resource Center, Monday through Thursday. Appointments required for Friday. Visitors to the resource center can connect with staff, access key resources and attend weekly trainings.

The Resource Center comes with plenty of good vibes. While visiting, plan to listen to great music, connect with our all-star staff and interface with HAL 3000.

Upon arrival, walk through the main entrance to the building. The stairs and elevator are located through the lobby. Our office is located on the second floor, all the way down the hall and to the left.


Our space comes with plenty of free parking!

The Northern California Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey is a comprehensive survey of salaries and benefits from nonprofits in Northern California. 614 nonprofit organizations have participated in the 2019 survey, making it the largest and most robust in the survey’s 41-year history!

The Impact Foundry’s extensive library, with over 900 books, covers all aspects of managing a nonprofit organization. Our library can be used for quick answers to your nonprofit questions, as a training tool, and for in-depth research.
