The 2010 Community Needs Assessment and the associated Healthy Living Map includes mapping of the latest health indicator data, zip code level data that can be aggregated and/or compared to county and state rates, and refinements that make the Healthy Living Map much more navigable. For the past twelve years, Catholic Healthcare West member-hospitals (including Mercy), Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region, and UC Davis Health System have partnered on the Community Needs Assessment every three years. This more efficient and effective collaborative approach provides useful information that supports comprehensive community benefit planning.
