$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

CORE SCHEDULE: M-F, 8am-5pm, on-call rotation participation required (work outside of core schedule to manage the 24/7 program as needed)

SALARY: $95,000 – $106,870.40 per year, to start

The Urgent Response department includes two innovative programs, The Source and Cal-FURS. Both programs are 24/7, 365 days per year, call centers that provide immediate crisis response, assessment and referral services to youth, and caregivers who are experiencing crisis and emotional or behavioral distress who without immediate support risk disruption to their current living situation.

• Cal-FURS serves current and former foster youth up to age 21 and their caregivers throughout California
• The Source serves all youth up to age 26 and their caregivers in Sacramento County

OVERVIEW: The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for all administrative and clinical aspects of the Cal-FURS and Source 24/7 urgent response programs and ensures compliance with all SCH and program policies and procedures, and State and Sacramento County Department of Behavioral Health Services requirements.

Qualifications and Job Requirements: 

QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science and licensed by the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a MFT, LPCC or LCSW is required. Candidates must meet all BBS requirements for supervising clinical interns.

At least 5 years of experience working with children and families in social service programs is required. Prior experience supervising clinical interns and managing a diverse workforce is required. Previous experience in program development and EPSDT funding is highly desirable.

Driving is an essential function of this job. As such, employees in this position will be required to furnish their own vehicle to be used in the course of employment. A valid driver’s license and minimum insurance coverage is also required. Must be at least 21 years old.
