ACC Senior Services is looking for full-time Sponsorship Coordinator who is dedicated to serving our Non-Profit Organization and the greater Sacramento Community. This position is non-exempt, and reports to the Director of Marketing and Development. ACC prioritizes employees and offers reputable benefits for full time employees which includes:

This position pays up to $32 an hour. Pay based on experience.

GENERAL SUMMARY: ACC’s fund development and donor services team is a dynamic, collaborative group focused on expanding and diversifying the organization’s philanthropic revenue. The sponsorship coordinator position identifies new potential corporate sponsors for ACC programs and activities, develops sponsorship objectives in collaboration with program and fund development staff, and manages sponsorship agreements from initial proposal to fulfillment. In addition, the sponsorship coordinator will work with fund development and donor services colleagues to process donations, gift acknowledgments, donor reports, and donor database administration.

Required Education and Experience
  • One to three years’ experience with successful sponsorship solicitation or sales and marketing with an emphasis on meeting revenue goals. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and ability to interact with all levels of management, other employees, and organizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill with balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated skill with exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed.
  • Valid California driver’s license.
