We are in the midst of monumental change with a new Federal Administration whose impact on our funding, our clients and our mission can be enormous. In the best of times change causes stress and angst. For many nonprofits these are not the best of times. How do we stay connected and work together when Board, staff, clients are stressed, have different perspectives and conflicting opinions? We will introduce the framework of a way to honor the worth and value of all while leaning into the differences with compassion.
